SHIPPING
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
How Long Will Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary depending on your destination. Since we use DHL Express, most international orders arrive within:
- Asia-Pacific: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–7 business days
- North America: 5–7 business days
- Middle East & Other Regions: 7–10 business days
Please note that customs clearance may occasionally cause slight delays.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. DHL provides real-time shipping costs, so you’ll see the exact fee before you complete your purchase.
Do You Ship Worldwide?
We currently ship to 28 countries and are actively working on expanding to worldwide shipping. If you encounter any shipping restrictions at checkout, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Will I Be Charged Taxes and Duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order.
RETURNS
Return & Exchange Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings once they have been shipped and received. We take health and cleanliness very seriously to ensure that every pair of earrings you receive is brand new and unused.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dzmathebrand.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll be happy to offer:
- A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
- A store credit or refund if a replacement is not available.
Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at info@dzmathebrand.com
Cancellations are only accepted if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order is in transit, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
